You can use Toucan WorldReach one of two ways:

1. We prepare and send your emails for you to your instructions - you concentrate on what you do best - running your business.
2. We train you to operate the Toucan WorldReach system yourself, provide phone support & a 'pre-flight' email checking service.

Toucan can work with you on your email marketing strategy and tactics, as well helping you become compliant with new EU Privacy Legislation.

You can focus on building your business, while affordable, regular emails tell your customers about your products & services - and keep them coming back for more.

Statistics

As part of your subscription to the online email marketing system you will be able to access reports online to see:

1. How many emails bounced - normal is 15%, but for most of our customers it's around 10%.
2. How many customers viewed your email - normally it's 48%, but our customers range up to as high as 77%.
3. How many clicked through - normally 2%, but our customers' emails range up to 19%.

In the latter, you'll also be able to see how many clicked on each of the links, thus enable you to adjust the product mix in subsequent emails.
