- On a recent campaign for a client we sent 2,495 personalised emails to their opt-in members list through our WorldReach system.
- The email included details about their new and emerging services with 'link tracking' enabling us to trace who followed links to their website.
- The email was opened by 316 of their members on the first day.
- Within minutes of sending the email they received phone enquiries.
- It was opened by 500 unique recipients in total which is a read ratio of 20.04%.
- In total 80 recipients clicked on links within the email.
- Their highest click through occurred on their newest service which had the most prominent promotion within the campaign.
- There were a total of 7 bounced emails from expired/invalid email accounts, which is extremely low.
- On a similar mailing with a number of services, the most popular item (by click-throughs) was very different to what the client expected. As a result, they were able to refocus their marketing to take advantage of the sudden interest in this new service.
